Following in the footsteps of Jason and Dick, Tim donned the batsuit during the “Battle for the Cowl.” Tim however, unlike his counterparts, didn’t intend on replacing the old Batman. His time as Batman was the shortest of them all as he only wore the suit to avenge the murderous, brutal reputations given to Bat by Jason.
“Titans Tomorrow”, a story from Teen Titans, finds Tim and his pals visiting themselves ten years into the future, by mistake of course. Tim finds himself as a brutal Batman, who rules Gotham after giving up on all hope. Once back in the present, the Teen Titans vowed never to let that vision of the future come into being.
4. DAMIAN WAYNE
Damian is probably the most unlikely person to show up as Batman, at just 10 years old! But Bruce’s son seems to take this bloodline thing pretty seriously, thinking he’s the only one worthy to follow up his Old Man.
A potential future where Damian becomes, Batman is presented in Grant Morrison’s Batman #666, where Damian strikes a deal with the devil in order to make himself capable of instant recovery from injury and immortality.
Picture a Utopian society, a world in which the progeny of all of heroes and villains alike have followed their parents’ footsteps. Such is the picture in Morrison’s Multiversity, Earth-16’s leaving this new generation of heroes with nothing to fight for
