We have here, a list of Avengers to showcase how they differ from their comic counterparts and what they’d look like if they followed their depiction in the comics.
In the comics, he wears an over-the-top superhero outfit: red and white, with colossal red wings and a deep neckline that reveals his bare chest. To add to is, he has a pet Falcon. However, the MCU Falcon is a person in army attire and a pair of very advanced technical wings. In addition to this, the goggles he wears look far cooler than that white facemask. As opposed to being a retired paratrooper, the comic book Falcon is an ex-criminal who was fused mentally with a falcon by Red Skull. Furthermore, like Aquaman ashore, Falcon has control over all birds, and can psychically see through their eyes.
For the big screen, Clint Barton dropped his flashy pointy mask and uniform for a tactical look. In 2012, Hawkeye’s comic costume was redesigned to look more like the film’s version. Both renditions of Hawkeye are awesome at shooting arrows and both are previous agents of SHIELD. It’s revealed that Hawkeye in the film has kept a secret family. On the other hand, the comic Hawkeye has romantic relationships with Black Widow and Mockingbird, a.k.a. Bobbi Morse. The last showed up on Agents of SHIELD for a brief stint in a totally different relationship thereby diverging the two universes once more.
